We begin preparing your order as soon as payment is authorized. Processing includes quality checks, packaging, and preparing your shipment for dispatch.

We use a flat-rate shipping model for all orders. Shipping costs do not vary by weight or distance and are based only on the destination country.

6. Tracking Information

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Projectyami is not responsible for:

  • Misspelled addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Incorrect postal codes

  • Undeliverable addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Re-shipping fees may apply

  • Processing may take additional time

  • Packages cannot be rerouted once in transit


8. Delivery Issues & Carrier Delays

Once a package is handed over to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer

  • Delivery speed is controlled by the carrier, not Projectyami

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed

Common causes of carrier delays include weather, customs inspections, operational backlogs, remote delivery areas, and peak shopping seasons.

If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, garage, or side entrance

  2. Ask neighbors or building management

  3. Allow 24–48 hours for delayed carrier updates

  4. Contact the carrier directly

Refunds are not issued for packages marked as delivered unless covered under our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us so we can open an investigation.

Stolen Packages

Projectyami is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged item

  • Include your order number

We will review the case and determine eligibility for replacement.


10. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada or the United Kingdom, customers may be responsible for:

  • VAT

  • Import duties

  • Customs processing fees

  • Carrier brokerage fees

These charges are not included unless explicitly stated. Customs delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds.


11. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

12. Order Changes & Cancellations

14. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in one or more packages depending on inventory and fulfillment timing. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
